Team building

Sailing is probably one of the most team oriented sports there is. You need to work together to get the boat not only moving, but moving at it's best possible speed, given current wind conditions.

We allow each person the opportunity of taking the wheel and being "captain" for an hour. He or she has absolute control of the boat and issues orders to the crew on how to trim the sails in order to obtain the best speed. We then measure the highest average speed over the hour for each participant. The winner receives a prize.

Meeting space

And if you need to have a meeting, there is sufficient space for 6 people to sit around the table below. 120 volt power is available for laptop computers, even while out at sea.

The best possible way for people to get to know each other is put them together in a small space where they have to interact and there is literally no where to go! (Except swim back to shore!)

Meetings can be held while the captain runs the boat, or they can be held at anchor off one of our beautiful islands.
