Treat yourself to a beach BBQ on
one of our beautiful islands - a great addition to your
full
day charter. It's intimate,
fun, tasty and very inexpensive. You are taken out to the island on one
of our sailboats (sailboat charter fee applies), then shuttled to the island by dinghy (or swim!). Your
personal area on the beach will already be set up by our island crew - beach chairs, sun
umbrellas, table - all ready and waiting for you to arrive.
Our
chef will cook your BBQ meal right in front
of you on the beach - we're pretty fussy because we also have to eat what's cooked, so you know your meal is going to be
perfect! You do absolutely nothing except show up, eat, drink and be merry! |

How it
works:
Firstly,
you have to charter one of our sailboats for a
full day cruise and the beach BBQ package is an optional EXTRA to a
sailing charter and does not include the sailboat. The
sailboat departs and sails to the island. You come to the beach, eat,
drink and be merry. It's that simple.

dogs cooked on the beach. Traditional all American fare,
complete with all the fixin's. Onions, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles,
sweet relish, ketchup and mustard. Choose TWO salads to
accompany: potato, pasta, cole slaw, baked beans or Caesar salad.

Choose any TWO of the following: Steak cooked to order (mooing, rare, medium
rare, medium, medium well or burnt offering), marinated chicken
breast, marinated pork spare ribs, fish cooked in foil with onion,
spices and butter - all smoked on a BBQ right

The ultimate in island fare! Filet
Mignon and "catch of the day" tenderly grilled and pampered by our chef.
You can substitute the catch of the day with our signature garlic
and butter shrimp mentioned below for no additional charge. A creamy
mushroom sauce compliments your Filet Mignon and choice of TWO salads to accompany: potato,
pasta, coleslaw, baked beans or Caesar salad. Water and sodas
